Hypnosis is a very relaxed state, where you are guided into a deep relaxation. In that really relaxed place, you are very open to positive “suggestions,” such as:
* You are loved and loveable
* You trust yourself and your instincts
* You attract people who value you and treat you right
How Hypnotherapy Works
Hypnotherapy is when we start talking back and forth while you are really relaxed. It’s basically — therapy while in hypnosis. Your memories and intuition are extremely clear and accessible in that very relaxed place. This allows you to get at the heart of the problem. And then you can heal it.
What Hypnotherapy is NOT
Hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis. You will not be asked to cluck like a chicken or do anything embarrassing. Hypnosis is not being asleep. You are completely aware throughout the whole process. Hypnosis does not mean losing control. I am actually following your lead throughout the session. I gently guide you to help you access your own answers.
Past Life Hypnosis
Sometimes it helps to get the really big picture about your current life struggles. A Past Life Regression session can shed light on why you’re facing your current life challenges. You can also meet your spirit guide who can provide valuable information and encouragement about who you are and where you are in your present life journey.
I’m looking forward to taking this journey with you
