Hypnosis is a very relaxed state, where you are guided into a deep relaxation. In that really relaxed place, you are very open to positive “suggestions,” such as:

* You trust yourself and your instincts
* You attract people who value you and treat you right
How Hypnotherapy Works
Hypnotherapy is when we start talking back and forth while you are really relaxed. It’s basically — therapy while in hypnosis. Your memories and intuition are extremely clear and accessible in that very relaxed place.
Hypnotherapy can help you get at the heart of the problem so you can heal it.
What Hypnotherapy is NOT
Hypnotherapy is not staged hypnosis. You will not be asked to cluck like a chicken or do anything embarrassing. Hypnosis is not being asleep. You are completely aware throughout the whole process. Hypnosis does not mean losing control. I am actually following your lead throughout the session. I gently guide you to help you access your own answers.
